Tanzania Adventure safaris and sports holidays in Northern part. Arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport and we transfer you to Arumeru River Lodge or the Ngurdoto Mountain Lodge for meals and overnight. Next day after breakfast we transfer you to one of these two Horse Ranches namely Makoa Farm in Machame gate or and Ndarakwai ranch camp. Ndarakwai Tented Camp is in  West Kilimanjaro with views of both Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Meru, the camp is nestled in a lush forest of towering fig, podo, and yellow-barked acacias that line the seasonal Ngare Nairobi River. Facilities include eight spacious tents with thatched roofs, en suite bathrooms.

 

Other nearby accommodation are Protea Aishi Machame near Makoa Farm and Keys Hotels in Moshi is a bit far but good.

 

Tour Itinerary:

 

Day 1: Arrive Arusha

 

On arrival at Kilimanjaro, you will be met and assisted by our representative. Transfer to your lodge at the foot of Mt. Meru –Arumeru River Lodge or Ngurdoto Mountain Lodge. Today, relax and recover from your flight. You may also wander through the nearby coffee plantation and visit a local village closely associated with the lodge.

 

Day 2: West Kilimanjaro

 

After breakfast, we drive to One of the Horse riding sites (Makoa Farm or Ndarakwai where we spend 2 days enjoying game activities, Masai interaction, close-up elephant viewing and breathtaking views of Mt Meru and Mt Kilimanjaro

 

Day 3: West Kilimanjaro

 

Full day in Ndarakwai with morning and afternoon game drives. Meals and overnight at Ndarakwai Camp. Ndarakwai Camp or PROTEA AISHI -With views of both Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Meru, Facilities include eight spacious tents/rooms , en suite bathrooms, and a large separate. Included: (B, L, D).

 

Day 4: Tarangire National Park

 

After breakfast, drive to the remote wilderness of eastern Tarangire, the setting of Oliver‘s camp. This down to earth camp with comfortable en-suite tents, mess and library tent and camp fires evokes fine memories of old Africa. From here you may enjoy excellent game drives or walks exploring the ancient wildlife migratory paths. Meals and overnight at TARANGIRE SAFARI LODGE. Included: (B, L, D).

 

Day 5: Tarangire National Park. Full day in Tarangire with morning and afternoon game drives. Meals and overnight at TARANGIRE SAFARI LODGE. Included: (B, L, D).

 

Day 6: Ngorongoro Highlands

 

After a morning game drive, we head for Ngorongoro Highlands, enjoying a game drive in Lake Manyara National park en-route. Afternoon at leisure. Meals and overnight at NGORONGORO WILDLIFE LODGE, FARM HOUSE, RHINO LODGE OR SERENA LODGE. Included: (B, L, D).

 

Day 7: Ngorongoro Highlands

 

After early breakfast, drive into the Ngorongoro Crater, exploring the game-rich crater floor for the ‘Big 5‘. Return to your lodge for lunch. Afternoon at leisure. Meals and overnight at NGORONGORO WILDLIFE LODGE, FARM HOUSE, RHINO LODGE OR SERENA LODGE. Included: (B, L, D).

 

Day 08: Day of Camel safaris, walking, trekking,hiking into Olmoti Crater, Empakai Crater to volcano lake with flamingoes, waterfalls and finally visit Maasai bomas. Also you visit shifting sands and Olduvai Gorge. If time allows you for afternoon game drives in the Crater. Evening at leisure. Meals and overnight at NGORONGORO WILDLIFE LODGE, FARM HOUSE, RHINO LODGE OR SERENA LODGE. Included: (B, L, D).

 

 

Day 9: Serengeti National Park

 

Today we take the morning flight to Serengeti. On arrival, we conduct a game drive to our luxury camp in remote Serengeti set up in a location close to the zebra and wildebeest migration. Between June and November, the camps are close to the Mara River in Northern Serengeti and are ideally located for the river crossings. Between November and July, the camps are in Gol Mountains, Ndutu and Central Serengeti. We spend 4 days game viewing through pristine wilderness areas. Meals and overnight at your Luxury Tented Lodge like Mbalageti, Seronera Wildlife Lodge, SERENA LODGE. Included: (B, L, D).

 

Day 10: Serengeti National Park. Full day in Serengeti with shared morning and afternoon game drives. Meals and overnight at your Luxury Tented Lodge like Mbalageti, Seronera Wildlife Lodge, SERENA LODGE. Included: (B, L, D).

 

Day 11: Serengeti National Park. Full day in Serengeti with shared morning and afternoon game drives. Meals and overnight at you Luxury Tented Lodge like Mbalageti, Seronera Wildlife Lodge, SERENA LODGE. Included: (B, L, D).

 

Day 12: After breakfast drive to Lake

Wildlife Lodge, SERENA LODGE. Included: (B, L, D).

 

Day 13: Depart to visit Lake Natron, walk with donkey. Maasai will be herding the donkey to go at the base of Oldonyo Lengai. Dinner and overnight at Lake natron tented Camp.

 

Day 14: Visit Lake Eyasi, and Yaeda chini to visit and explore Bush men activities like hunting and fruit gathering. Dinner and overnight at Kisimangeda Tented Camp.

 

Day 15: Wake up early and watch again bushmen. Then have breakfast and depart to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport for flight back home.
